For those of you who didn’t see Saturday Night Live this week, there was a really funny sketch about moms on Facebook. The gist of it is not only that moms say really corny things on Facebook but that “kids” (including grown up kids) have to watch what they say when their mom joins Facebook.
I found the sketch really funny, even as a mom who has a mom on Facebook. In fact, even HER mom is on Facebook. But my kids are not at the age where I have to worry about what they read on my Facebook page, and they are not old enough to have Facebook pages of their own.
Are you friends with your kids or your parents on Facebook? Does it change what you post? How do you deal with what THEY post?

I’m glad they don’t really have this app. I’m one of those moms. I have 3 kids ages 25,22,19 and we are all on facebook. Wait a minute…maybe they do have that app. Their posts on Facebook are really tame for young adults.
