Betty Crocker Fun da-middles
Every now and again I am sent a prize box that is so cool that I don’t want to give it away. The Betty Crocker Fun da-middles box is definitely one of them! The good news is that I get to keep mine AND Betty Crocker will send out another one just like it to one lucky reader of my site. But more about that later.
If you haven’t seen them yet, the new Betty Crocker Fun da-middles are a way to make gourmet-like filled cupcakes in your own home from a box. You get both the cupcake mix and the filling in one package. It’s almost like magic the way that they bake! You simply mix the cupcake mix with eggs, oil, and water and fill cupcake liners 1/3 full. Then you squeeze a little bit of the filling into each and complete by pouring in the rest of the batter. Watch the video and then see how to get entered to win your own Cupcake Prize Pack. I know most women would jump at the chocolate, but I am a vanilla girl at heart, so I would go with the Vanilla Cake with Creamy Vanilla Filling.
