I was jumping on the treadmill this morning like usual and turned on my Fire TV Stick to watch Suits on Netflix. (that’s a lot of information you probably didn’t need)
I happened to glance up at the advertisement slideshow and saw something that said: “Future You Deserves some credit. Watch a short video to receive a Prime Video Credit on movies like these.”
I clicked on the button and watched a VERY short NerdWallet video. Within a couple of minutes, I had an email from Amazon that stated: “Thank you for watching the video from NerdWallet! We hope you enjoy your $4 Prime Video Credit on us. Once you decide which documentary to watch, keep the smart decisions going with NerdWallet’s free personal finance articles, tools, and more. Future You will be glad you did.”
Here’s where things get a bit confusing. The initial page said I would earn a $4 Amazon Prime Credit. The next page said I had to use it on certain listed documentaries. But then the confirmation email says I can use it to “choose a movie or TV show” from the Prime Video store.
I haven’t used it yet because I don’t want to waste it. But I am guessing it is like the M&M commercial one a few months ago where you can use it on any Amazon Prime movies and TV shows. This one says the offer ends on March 31, 2004, and the reward will expire April 30, 2024.
Did you get the advertisement on your Fire TV? Have you tried to use the credit?
